Melissa:  I asked Fire to send this ordinance to Fleet Mgt for approval but since the approval path has 
apparently been set and Ekow and I have approved, see if you can send to FM to approve?   We have 
worked with Kelly Reagan’s group on this and I know he approves but if Finance & Mgt need the 
formality then by all means see if you can get Fleet Mgt sign off.   Thanks
