To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into  
a contract for maintenance and repair services for WQAL instruments with  
Agilent Technologies, Inc.; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of  
Columbus City Codes Chapter 329; to authorize the expenditure of  
$56,293.80 from the 2024 Division of Water Operating Fund; and to  
declare an emergency. ($56,293.80)  
To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to execute  
those documents necessary to transfer ownership of eleven transformers  
to the Village of Lakeview, Ohio to aid in emergency power restoration  
that is needed due to recent tornado damages; and to declare an  
emergency. ($0.00)
