the west side of Dublin Road, 1,700± feet south of Hayden Run Road,
From: R, Rural District and PUD-8, Planned Unit Development District,
To: L-ARLD, Limited Apartment Residential District (Rezoning
#Z23-065).
To rezone 2180 VENUS ST. (43026), being 3.2± acres located at the
northeast corner of Venus Street and Nike Drive, From: L-M, Limited
Manufacturing District, To: L-M, Limited Manufacturing District
(Rezoning #Z24-008).
To rezone 2005 DEMOREST RD. (43123), being 8.79± acres located
on the west side of Demorest Road, 90± feet north of Demorest

VARIANCES
To grant a variance from the provisions of Sections 3323.19, Uses; and

allow a dormitory, accessory kennels, and outdoor runs in conjunction
