REZONINGS  
To amend Ordinance #1719-2017, passed July 24, 2017 (Z16-025), for  
property located at 905 HILLIARD & ROME RD. (43228), by repealing  
Sections 1 and 3 and replacing them with new Sections 1 and 3 to include  
the legal description for this specific property and to modify the Subarea II  
CPD text and plan as it pertains to parking and circulation design  
standards (Rezoning Amendment #Z16-025A).  
To amend Ordinance #2227-2021, passed September 20, 2021  
(Z21-038) by repealing Section 3 and replacing it with a new Section 3  
thereby modifying the limitation text and exhibits regarding the maximum  
building square footage in the L-M, Limited Manufacturing District for  
property located at 3590 TWIN CREEKS DR. (43204) (Rezoning  
Amendment #Z21-038A).  
VARIANCES  
To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.029, SR  
suburban residential district; 3312.21(A)(B)(1)(D)(1), Landscaping and  
screening; 3312.49, Minimum numbers of parking spaces required;  
3321.01(A), Dumpster area; 3332.27, Rear yard; and 3332.28, Side or  
rear yard obstruction, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property  
located at 3840 KIMBERLY PKWY N. (43232), to permit a youth center  
with reduced development standards in the SR, Suburban Residential  
District (Council Variance #CV21-067).
