as it pertains to the allowable uses within Parcel A and Parcel B and to  
declare an emergency. (Rezoning Amendment #Z89-093A).

(43206), to allow two single-unit dwellings on one lot with reduced  
development standards in the R-2F, Residential District (Council  
Variance #CV23-153).

entire staff report into evidence as an exhibit. The motion carried by the
