Manufacturing District (Rezoning #Z22-034).  
A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Emmanuel V. Remy, that this  
Ordinance be Postponed to Date Certain, October 3, 2022.. The motion carried

facility with reduced development standards in the L-M, Limited  
Manufacturing District (Council Variance #CV22-045).  
A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Emmanuel V. Remy, that this  
Ordinance be Postponed to Date Certain, October 3, 2022. The motion carried  
by the following vote:

located at 245 REEB AVE. (43207), to permit reduced development  
standards for two-unit dwellings in the R-2F, Residential District (Council  
Variance #CV22-003).

entire staff report into evidence as an exhibit. The motion carried by the
