The Administrator of the Division of Sewerage and Drainage announces intent to issue an Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit to the following company(s) on or about Tuesday, April 23, 2024; VeePak Ohio, LLC, 9040 Smith's Mill Road, New Albany, Ohio 43054 .
The Draft Permit(s) will be available for review between 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday, April 1, 2024 through Friday, April 19, 2024 , at the City of Columbus Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Office, 1250 Fairwood Avenue, Suite 186, Columbus, Ohio 43206. Written comments will be accepted during this period at the above address or via email at Pretreatment@Columbus.gov <mailto:Pretreatment@Columbus.gov>. This Notice is made according to Columbus City Code Chapter 1145.44(C).
