Explanation
This ordinance authorizes the issuance of unlimited tax bonds in an amount not to exceed $60,165,000.00 for health, safety and infrastructure-related projects. The bond sale will be conducted on a negotiated basis. This ordinance also appropriates and expends $4,000,000.00 from the Debt Retirement Fund (Fund 4430) for costs of issuance related to the bond sale.
