REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATION
COAAA STRATEGIC PLAN FOR SUCCESS
Introduction
The Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging (COAAA) is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from firms with a background in Strategic Planning who are interested in developing COAAA’s 2024-2026 Strategic Plan for Success (SPS). The SPS will provide a roadmap for COAAA’s preparation for mandated Federal and State policy and program changes to aging and disability services that begin January 1, 2026. Through the development of the SPS, COAAA will proactively plan for these necessary changes to continue to meet our mission and perform daily operations successfully in this new environment. The population of older adults and people with disabilities is growing and transforming, so must the programs that support them.
