WHEREAS, WeatheRate has named Storm Team 4 as the most accurate station in Central Ohio 10 years in a row; and,
WHEREAS, WeatheRate is an independent weather research company that evaluates every station in the market on the accuracy of their forecasts; and,
WHEREAS, In the 2023-2024 cycle, NBC4 has delivered on the promise of accuracy for the 10th year in a row; and,
WHEREAS, Central Ohio is honored to be served by the meteorologists that help keep our community safe, prepared, and informed;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council of Columbus honors Storm Team 4 as the most accurate weather station in Central Ohio for 10 years in a row.
