("O.L.C."), any changes to the Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. Whereas the Contract would have expired on June 15, 2020 under Article 28; however, due to the ongoing concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic, and following the advice of public health officials surrounding this pandemic, the parties have agreed to extend the current terms and conditions of the Contract until August 31, 2021, with the lone addition of Memorandum of Understanding #2020-01.
