BACKGROUND: To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into an Indefinite Quantity Agreement Contract with Potomac Testing to provide Electrical Transformer and Switchgear Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services. The Jackson Pike Wastewater Treatment Plant will use this contract for planned inspections, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair to ensure the correct operation of all components and their interaction for the equipment lifecycle.

The Department of Public Utilities solicited competitive bids for Electrical Transformer and Switchgear Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services in accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter 329 (RFQ022101).
